I write to the OED with a couple of corrections. In their entry for coloured there’s a quotation which reads, ‘The first Minster of State’, and in that of orguinette one of the works sited is ‘Lett. Lewis Carrol’. I don’t think these are errors in the originals, but even if they are then someone needs to sic them. I await a reply with no small excitement.
